Connecting via Your Church App

These days, you might find it hard to keep up with what is going on in your church family. We’re working hard to make that as natural as possible.

One tool you might use is the Curwensville Alliance Church App.

In just over three minutes, you can discover the features of our app.

As you can see, the app offers you several advantages:

  1. You can find all the information in once place.
  2. You don’t need to have a social media account.
  3. You can add events from the app into your own Google Calendar.

I encourage you to give it a try, if you’re not already using it.

Church Family Pictures…

Don’t you miss seeing your church family?

Laurel, who is not on social media, suggested a way we could see one another this Easter Sunday.

We posted an announcement asking people to share Easter pictures on Facebook. Then, as they posted those pictures, we shared them on our Church Facebook Page.

You can see them — even if you don’t have a Facebook account. Just click here:

If you have a picture that you would like me to post on our Facebook page, you’re welcome to text or email it to me and I will put it on the church Facebook page so that people will receive your Easter greeting.

May you have a blessed remainder of your Easter Sunday.

Passion, you say?

This is Passion Week – or Holy Week – the week we remember Jesus’ Passion.

These days, when I think of passion, I think of how hard my fellow church leaders are working to do their ministry. Today, Laurel was helping me make this video and I said,”And just like that, every pastor’s wife became a video producer.”

Why?

Why are all these pastors doing this?

Why are all the churches streaming?

This video speaks to that question.

What a lot of people don’t realize is that this push – this passion for the gospel – is not new for most of my peers. The circumstances simply make it more evident.

Got passion? Let it show!
