In 1929, Coca-Cola introduced a great slogan: Coca-Cola, The Pause that Refreshes<\/em>. Coke wanted people to think that their beverage was superior \u2013 more than that, refreshing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I feel like the pause that refreshes in my life needs to include\nmore than a beverage. It needs to have something living in it. Maybe living\nwater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jesus spoke of living water — the water that refreshes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And this living water changes our lives from being mundane,\nlaborious, disappointing, and burdensome to being \u2026 refreshing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we are refreshed by the living water, our lives become\nrefreshing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this podcast, I discuss Jesus\u2019 presentation of the living\nwater in John 4. I hope your new year is marked by such refreshment.
